This was a tremendous contest! Not many would have given Team Tigers Portugal much of a chance in this game but they punched above their weight and performed superbly! However, the experience and the quality of handling pressure proved to be the ones that helped Gorkha XI win the match!

Team Tigers Portugal were able to chip away with the wickets from the start and kept applying the pressure on the batting. But what did not help them was the 12 extras that were conceded.

Gorkha experimented a bit too much with their batting order and got found out a bit. But the good thing about the run chase was that they kept themselves up with the asking rate all the time.
