That brings us to the end end of the second game of the day then. Academic MU Sofia continue their winning run with two wins in a row now, completing the double over Black Smiths. They had the runs on the board and came out with a good effort with the ball as well to defend the same, winning quite convincingly and comfortably in the end.

Black Caps were behind the rate throughout the chase and failed to really get themselves going as much as they would have liked to. A much better effort than what we saw from the first game though, which is a positive to take away. Too many extras given away made a difference and that is something that they will have to work on.

Academic MU Sofia will want to carry this momentum forward as they look to go all the way in the tournament after having started pretty well with consecutive wins. Black Caps will be hoping to make a come back and register their first win of the tournament soon!

Done and dusted then! Two in two for Sofia as they carry on their dominance. Black Smiths have put up a fight but not good enough to get over the line. They will only learn from this going forward into the tournament. Academic MU Sofia win by 34 runs!
