The match has been abandoned. It was pouring down and unfortunately, the match couldn't be completed. In the couple of overs which was possible in the 2nd innings, Dhamidharan Madanagopal and Ace Pruss struck some lusty blows and took the score to 27/0 before it wasn't possible for the umpires to keep the players in. The two batters tried to get ahead in the DL par but the match had to be called off. Both teams share a point each.

This is quite extraordinary. I haven't seen any cricket match going on amidst such heavy rain.
