WWE RAW Results, live recap, grades: Sami Zayn drops Seth Rollins in final moments; Rhea Ripley's next challenger revealed

Sami Zayn lays out Seth Rollins by accident...kind of?

Drew lays out Seth after the match. He sets Seth's head up against the ring post for the CLaymore, but Sami Zayn makes the save!! As Sami checks on Seth, Drew takes him out and goes back to Seth.

Drew has Seth in the corner, taunting him. Sami comes in for the save...but Drew moves, leaving Seth to eat the Helluva Kick!!

What uh...what was the thought process there, Sami? You would've kicked them both, at best, anyway.

Drew berates Seth for not going for the kill and "talking too much." Ironically, Drew's mouth costs him a match, as Seth counters a clothesline with a jackknife pinfall.

Seth Rollins defeats Drew McIntyre via pinfall. Grade: A-

Seth's Pedigree is blocked, and Drew hammers him with a devastating clothesline. Seth manages to catch his longtime rival with the crossface, but Drew refuses to submit. Irate, Seth grips at Drew's face, leading to the ref pulling him away. Drew takes advantage, going for Seth's eyes and spiking him with the Future Shock.

Seth slides under the Claymore, but his stomp is countered with a huge spinebuster from the Scottish Psychopath. Seth stops a powerbomb with a hurricanrana and hits his falcon arrow for a two-count.

Seth continues to target that shoulder, finally setting up a weak spot on the big man. A springboard knee and a running pump kick drops Drew for a two-count.

Seth escapes a Death Valley Driver and chases Drew up top for the Superplex/Falcon Arrow, but Drew counters the second move for his own Falcon Arrow! Cole called it a Michinoku Driver for some reason...

Seth is battered throughout the break. Drew works over the arm of the Revolutionary. As Drew goes for the inverted Alabama Slam, Seth counters with a roll-up. Drew kicks out and picks him up for a delayed vertical suplex. Again, Seth escapes, sending Drew shoulder-first into the ring post.

Rollins sends Drew to the floor for a suicide dive. McIntyre bounces off the table as Seth sets up for another. Drew catches him on the next attempt, launching Seth onto the announcer's desk with a release belly-to-belly suplex!

Drew McIntyre gets first blood, chopping Seth. They trade blows before Drew bowls him over with a big shoulder tackle. The Visionary is struggling to see too much after that collision...

It's time for the main event! Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre in a WrestleMania rematch!

"She's like a sniper!" Michael Cole on Zoey Stark's beautiful springboard missile dropkick

PFC hit their rolling Death Valley Driver/sliding knee combination, but can't secure the win. Dakota and Zoey are taken out on the floor, and SKY slides through the ropes to hang Shayna up in the ropes. The Over the Moonsault follows, and that's the match.

Damage CTRL defeats Pure Fusion Collective via pinfall. Grade: B-

Zoey eats the Bullet Train attack in the corner, but it's not enough for the win. SKY goes up top for the Over the Moonsault. Unfortunately, she's distracted by Shayna laying out Dakota.

Zoey brings her down to the mat and plants her with Ataxia for a near fall.

Dakota gets her legs worked over by her former bully, Shayna. Eventually, she breaks away and finally tags out to IYO SKY. The Genius of the Sky batters her opponents two-on-one with a series of strikes. Shayna gets German'd to the floor, and SKY follows with a dive. Back in the ring, Zoey is met with a missile dropkick from SKY.

Zoey hits a blind tag on Shayna and stuns a running Kai with her picture-perfect springboard dropkick. Cole calls her a "sniper" which is perfect for that move.

IYO SKY and Dakota Kai are in action next, as the Damage CTRL battles Pure Fusion Collective's Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark. Cole does a good job explaining the history between these four. Kai and Baszler were constant enemeis in NXT. SKY and Stark were NXT Tag Champions, and Baszler and SKY were both NXT Champions.

"Sami Zayn isn't on my level! I'll toss Hulk Hogan's dusty *** over the top and kill Hulkamania!!"

CM Punk makes his way out to the crowd to meet Jackie Redmond. Punk is ready to finally win the Royal Rumble. He "Can't See" John Cena tossing him over the top. Roman Reigns? He already did that man one favor, it's not happening again. Sami Zayn isn't on his level (He gets some boos there) and will toss "Hulk Hogan's dusty *** over the top and kill Hulkamania" (the crowd got back on his side there).

Paul will make his RAW debut next week. We'll also see Cody Rhodes on that episode and the World Tag Team Title match between the War Raiders and Judgment Day.

After the match, we get a Logan Paul vignette. The former US Champion claimed to be "full-time" recently, but we haven't seen him in quite a while.

Dunne grabs Penta's fingers as he does the "Cero Miedo" taunt and snaps them again before locking in a triangle choke. Penta stands up, breaking the hold with the powerbomb backbreaker. After that, the Sacrifice, Penta's gruesome armbreaker!! Penta finishes it with the Penta Driver!!

Penta defeats Pete Dunne via pinfall. Grade: B

Penta battles back against the Bruiserweight, catching him with the running Mexican Destroyer after stunning Dunne with a superkick!! Penta follows up with a tope con hillo!! Back in the ring, Dunne counters another Destroyer with a Dead Eye!!

1-2-no!! Penta barely kicks out!!

Penta is out next as he faces Pete Dunne. The Bruiserweight has the lucha sensation on his back early, snapping the fingers of Penta!! Michael Cole mentions their brief history, including a clash in Rev Pro back in 2017.

Penta catches a flipping Dunne with a superkick, sending him to the floor. Penta attempts to follow with a dive only to be met with a nasty forearm to the face. Dunne plants him with the X-Plex on the apron as we cut to break.

Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins meet backstage ahead of Seth's match with Drew McIntyre. They wish each other luck at the Rumble and claim neither has an issue with tossing the other over the ropes. As Sami leaves, you can see Paul Ellering stalking Rollins.

Dom and Liv Morgan are still...working through their problems. Dom says he'll make it up to her. Liv gives her the craziest pair of dagger eyes you've ever seen. "Oh, you will."

Chad Gable meets Dominik Mysterio backstage, hoping to get some help with his "Lucha Libre" problem. Dom hands him a note, and Gable walks off ecstatic. JD McDonagh wants to know what he's thinking, and Dom just wants some backup for the tag team title match next week. Judgment Day will challenge The War Raiders...but they'll do it without Finn Balor, who JD says is "laid up" for a while.

Rhea wants Nia at Saturday Night's Main Event!

Bayley falls to the floor after the match, struggling to lift her left arm that was injured mid-match

Roxanne has been taken away by security!!

Rhea Ripley rushes the ring after the match. Unfortunately, that attack on her earlier in the night left her too injured to take on an exhausted Jax. Nia sets Ripley up for something nasty on the announcer's desk. Luckily for Rhea, Nia's dragged away by security, allowing Rhea to get back to her feet and take everyone out with a running flip senton!

"YOU!! ME!! SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT!!" Rhea has made the challenge, and it looks like we have a match!!

Nia flattens Bayley with a pop-up Samoan Drop. She follows with a running senton and finishes Bayley, finally, with the Annihilator.

Nia Jax defeats Bayley via pinfall. Grade: A

Nia Jax goes for an avalanche Samoan Drop. Bayley escapes and powerbomb her longtime rival, but it's not enough!! A diving elbow drop connects, and Nia STILL kicks out!!
