Standing at 6 feet 4 inches with a reach of 79 inches, Hill is known for his elite striking and heavy hands. He holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and trains with Black Lion Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Throughout his career, Hill has achieved notable victories, including a win over former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Glover Teixeira at UFC 283 in January 2023, where he claimed the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship. In April 2024, Hill faced Alex Pereira at UFC 300 but suffered a knockout loss. Demonstrating resilience, he is scheduled to return to the octagon against Jiri Prochazka at UFC 311 on January 19, 2025, aiming to reclaim his position atop the light heavyweight division.
