The Division 2 is a video game designed for teamwork. In each match, cooperation between players is essential to progress through various challenges. However, there will always be those who prefer to play on their own terms. For those lone wolves who run away from the pack, it is important to be clear about not only their strategy but also which skills are most important.

If you're the kind of player who doesn't trust anyone, here are the best skills for solo play in The Division 2.

One of the main disadvantages of being a solo player is that you have limited fire coverage. This leaves you completely vulnerable to enemy attacks. A good strategy to alleviate this problem is to use an artifact that provides support as if it were a companion.

A good choice is the Assault Turret, which allows you to deploy a stationary device that can provide some offensive cover. This item can easily be placed over cover and eliminate enemies trying to flank.

2) Banshee

One of the strategies you can use when playing solo is to confuse your enemies. This will allow you to distract them for a few moments and give them a shot in the arm.

The best way to do this is to use Banshee Pulse, an ability that disrupts every enemy it hits, including those behind cover. Activate the Banshee to draw enemies out of cover and use weapons like the machine gun to finish them off.

The Banshee can also be upgraded throughout the game to increase its range and effectiveness.

3) Reviver Hive

The Reviver Hive is used to revive fallen players on their own. This way, even if you are playing without a team, you will have a second chance to progress in your mission.

Keep in mind that this is an extreme resource, so it is not meant to affect your play style. Do not lower your defenses just because you have the chance to resurrect.

4) Cluster Seeker Mine

In The Division 2, the use of explosives can be very useful in most situations. If you are a solo player, explosives can give you an advantage by dealing a lot of damage to multiple characters at once.

However, your character will have a limited capacity to load grenades. A highly recommended skill for solo players is the Cluster Seeker Mine, an artifact that is divided into four mines that seek out and destroy the enemy. They will even roll towards those in cover and explode in a burst of fire. This allows you to deal damage to four enemies at once instead of just one.

5) Blinding Firefly

As mentioned above, it is very useful for a solo player in The Division 2 to have items and skills that distract enemies. Among them, the Blinding Firefly skill is very effective. It works much like a homing projectile. When activated, it flies into the enemy crowd and emits a powerful flash.

The Blinding Firefly partially blinds your character's opponents, disorienting them for a few moments and making them more vulnerable. It's perfect for fighting bosses with better fire range than you and for facing weak mobs.
