If you are new to Throne and Liberty or MMORPGs in general, you may be overwhelmed by the amount of content that is laid out in front of you from the get-go. If you do not know what to do, things will go awry. For this reason, it is always advisable that you complete the tutorial to get your bearings in-game and learn the ropes.
Once the tutorial is done and dusted, you might wonder about what to do next. Given that the game is not linear, there are a few options to be explored. However, to ensure that you ease into the content at a digestible pace, there are five things you need to do once you complete the Throne and Liberty tutorial.
Here are 5 things you need to do once you complete the Throne and Liberty tutorial
Golden Rye Pastures and Blackhowl Plains (Codex)
One of the first things you want to do after completing the Throne and Liberty tutorial is get familiarized with the Codex. The best way to do this is by completing Quests such as Golden Rye Pastures and Blackhowl Plains. They will award you some XP and other items that will give you a leg up in-game.
That said, once you complete these two Codex entries, you shouldn't stop. The trick is to always look for exploration Codex in an area higher than your level if you want XP. Yes, this could be a bit challenging, but it will help you level up faster than others.

Keep in mind that blazing through the Main Quest (Adventure Codex Chapters) will help you level the fastest in Throne and Liberty. Moreover, completing the Exploration Codex early on will let you get used to the menus and give you some good early-game consumables to use. These will come in handy when exploring Dungeons and taking on bosses.
Experiment with skills and weapons
After you complete the tutorial in Throne and Liberty, you can explore the open world and try out new skills and weapons. This is important because figuring out your preferred playstyle is going to affect how you approach combat. This includes the many open-world bosses that you will encounter.
Take some time and wack a few low-level enemies using different weapons and skills to see what you like. You can rush into the fray using a melee build or keep a safe distance using ranged weapons.
Once you have experimented with different builds, you will have clarity about what suits you best. You are free to re-spec your character whenever you like, but knowing what you want from your character will reduce the need to re-spec. Here are a few builds you can try out:

Get a full set of Green gear
Once you're sure about your character's build and the path you want to follow, you should invest in gear. While getting Green Gear during the early game can be expensive, it will see you through for a long time.
Given that resources are not hard to farm, it shouldn't be too much work. Once you max your Green Gear, you could use it to boost your Blue Gear when the time comes.

Find a Guild with likeminded people
Throne and Liberty is an MMORPG experience. This means that Guilds will be active in nearly every server you choose. These are not just there to boost your ego as a fellow member but to help you progress and grow. Imagine Guilds as a place that offers you mentorship, and with that in mind, you must choose one that matches your thought process.
If you are a friendly player who ends up joining a Guild that only partakes in PvP to look down certain areas of the open world, it may not be your jam. You will find yourself left out of most Guild-oriented activities, and in most instances, you will not gain anything of value by being the odd one out.

Instead, take your time and learn about a Guild by conversing with its members before deciding to join one. Furthermore, look for one that is open to welcoming new players to the MMORPG genre. There is merit in having veterans show you the ropes without being judgemental.
Additionally, many bosses such as Grand Aelon in Throne and Liberty, can be accessed via the Guild Raid mechanic. With the ability to form a party and take on bosses in a more coordinated manner than in the open world, it will be a wholesome experience and grant you good loot.
Adjust key binds
There are a lot of skills, abilities, and consumables that you will require in Throne and Liberty every time you enter a fight. In the early game, these will be rather limited, as you will slowly be unlocking new things.
However, by the time you reach level 25 and unlock Co-Op Dungeons, you will have quite a few things to activate/use in combat. This is where key binds will be important.
Understanding how to properly use key binds in Throne and Liberty, will ensure that you do not fumble in chaotic combat situations. Missing out on using the right ability/skill in the heat of the moment can be detrimental to the fight; it could be the sole reason why you or your team faulters and lose the fight.
