Diablo 4 Season 5 biggest unique buffs
1) Ring of the Ravenous
This unique Barbarian ring already saw some play in Season 4 but is receiving some solid buffs in Diablo 4 Season 5. The item specializes in making Brawling and Rend skills stronger, making it a must-have for builds that utilize these abilities. It drops from high-level enemies, like most uniques, and can also be farmed from The Beast in the Ice Uber boss.
The most important buffs the Ring of the Ravenous is receiving are increased Critical Chance, Vulnerable damage, Rend +2-3, and Rend duration. The unique effect, which causes Brawling skills to apply 2 stacks of Rend bleed, has been buffed to apply once every second instead of every four seconds.
2) Fields of Crimson
Another Barbarian unique that is getting a big buff for the new Season of Diablo 4 is the Fields of Crimson two-handed sword. This weapon already filled the niche of being a strong Bleed focus build item but will fit this even better with these changes. The unique weapon can drop from tier 3 and 4 worlds as well as The Beast in the Ice and Varshan Uber bosses.
This weapon's changes will further lean it into the specialty of being a bleed weapon for Barbarians. Some of the changes that make this the case are increased damage to Bleeding enemies, enhanced Rupture explosion size, and added Strength. The unique effect of creating blood pools when striking enemies with Rupture remains unchanged.
3) Staff of Endless Rage
This Sorcerer unique, the Staff of Endless Rage, is getting some much-needed changes. In the upcoming patch, it will be made to fit a more specific niche that might give it the edge it needs to see more play. By altering a few key stats this staff may become a go-to pick for Fireball builds. This item drops from world tier 3 and 4 enemies as well as the Lord Zir and Varshan Uber bosses.
The stat changes that Blizzard hopes will propel this weapon into a higher tier by focusing on builds centered around the Fireball skill. The changes meant to achieve this are increased Fireball Projectile Speed, a chance for Fireball to cast twice, Fireball +2-6, and added Intelligence. The unique effect has remained the same except for increasing the damage maximum to 90%.

4) Eaglehorn
This unique bow, like some of the others on our list, is receiving changes and buffs that will make it less generalized. Previously the Eaglehorn rogue uniquely felt like its stats were a bit too widespread, and couldn't compete with more specialized weapons. The new iteration of this item; however, should make it much more viable. This drops from World Tier 3 and 4 enemies and The Beast in the Ice.
Where before the Eaglehorn felt like far too much of a generalist, it now has had every stat changed to make it fit a Penetrating Shot niche. The changes that stand out the most are increased Attack Speed, a chance for Penetrating Shot to cast twice, and Malice +1-2. The unique effect, which causes every 4th Penetrating Shot to ricochet, has had its damage cap increased to 150%.

5) Saboteur's Signet
A Rogue unique ring, the Saboteur's Signet is almost an entirely different unique with the new changes in Diablo 4. This ring will now far more strongly synergize with the Stun Grenade skill with nearly every stat contributing to it. The best places to get this are from any world tier 3 or higher enemies and the Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint Uber boss.
Of the different stat changes this ring is receiving all the most notable ones have to do with Grenade skills. Some of these include added Grenade damage, increased Stun Grenade size, +1 Energy on Stun Grenade explosion, and Cooldown reduction. The unique effect now gives Core Skills a 15-45% chance to cast Stun Grenades and gives Stun Grenades a 5% Lucky Hit chance.

6) Greaves of the Empty Tomb
The only item of this armor slot on our list, these Necromancer-only greaves have received big alterations in the new patch. This armor piece has managed to keep a bit of its generalist feel while being pushed more into its specialization at the same time. To get this drop you can kill any level 85+ enemies, or specifically farm the Lord Zir and Grigoire Uber bosses.

Previously, these boots felt like they didn't interact meaningfully enough with Necromancer skills, but now synergize effectively with multiple. The most noteworthy changes are increased Sever size, a chance for Sever projectiles to cast twice, and +4-6 Reaper's Pursuit. While the unique effect has stayed the same, your Evade will now leave the desecrated ground behind for two seconds.
However, these boots won't increase your movement speed at all, like some other unique ones do. If you want to move faster as a Necromancer, you'll have to use your Diablo 4 mount.
7) The Grandfather
The Grandfather, a formerly unique two-handed sword, has been upgraded to an Ancestral Mythic weapon. This item was already strong in Season 4 and saw frequent use in many builds, but now will be one of the strongest in the game by far. This can drop from level 85+ enemies, Nightmare Dungeons, and also from the Duriel and Andariel Uber bosses.

This sword's stats don't specialize in any particular ailment, damage type, or skill improvements, but rather buff all your damage across the board. The most important passives it has are increased Critical damage, an increase to All Stats, an increase in Damage percent, and ignoring all Durability loss. The unique effect this weapon has simply increases all Critical Damage by a range of 60-100%
