How does the Lightforge Loot Crate gacha in Once Human work?
Every time you open a Lightforge Loot Crate in Once Human, you have a chance to receive one of the available rewards, with the drop rate varying by item. The rarest and the highest quality items in the crate are part of the Lightforge Collection. While these items have the lowest drop rates, they are guaranteed to drop every 30 crates and can't have duplicates.
On the other hand, other non-Lightforge Collection items can drop as duplicates, which are then converted into a currency called Lightforge Relic. This currency can be used to purchase items directly from the Lightforge Redemption Shop.
If you purchase a Lightforge Collection item from the shop, it can still drop from the crates. However, if it does, you will be refunded the Lightforge Relics you spent on it.
The number of Lightforge Collection items in a crate determines how many crates you can open in total. For example, if a crate contains three Lightforge Collection items, you can open it up to 90 times to receive all the available rewards. Lastly, once you have obtained all the Lightforge Collection items from a crate, you earn the exclusive Lightforge Collection reward.
