All new Arcanes in Warframe 1999, and how to get them

The Warframe 1999 update just introduced eight brand-new Arcanes to the game. With the next stage in the game's ongoing Void War saga, most players will be excited about the cinematic content the update comes front-loaded with, but you shouldn't sleep on the new Arcanes either. Furthermore, some of these seem to be specifically targeted towards synergy with Cyte-09 (the brand-new 59th unique Warframe) and his Helminth subsume ability.

In this guide, we'll go over all we know about this fresh batch of Arcanes released with the Warframe 1999 update.

What are the new Arcanes added with Warframe 1999?

The eight new Arcanes introduced in Warframe 1999 are as follows:

• Arcane Bellicose (Warframe): Gain 6% Ability Strength for every 250 Max Health up to 72%.
• Arcane Truculence (Warframe): When gaining 3,000 or more Overguard threshold, release a 30m Radial Attack that applies max Viral Status stacks.
• Arcane Impetus (Warframe): Unique Status Effects from Abilities grant +6% Ability Strength and +3% Ability Efficiency for 20s.
• Arcane Camisado (Warframe): Attacks from summoned minions increase Ability Strength by 6% up to 60%. Summons gain 20% Movement Speed.
• Arcane Crepuscular (Warframe): While invisible, gain +30% Ability Strength and +3x Final Critical Multiplier.
• Primary Crux (Primaries): On Weak Point Hit: Gain +30% Status Chance and +6% Ammo Efficiency for 10s. Stacks up to 10x.
• Secondary Enervate (Secondaries): On Hit: Increase Critical Chance by 10%. Resets after 6 Super Critical Hits.
• Melee Doughty (Melee): Gain 1.0x Critical Multiplier for every 10% of Puncture Status chance on your Melee Weapon.

Note that all of the stats shown here are on max level, i.e. Rank 5 of these Arcanes. To get to that rank, you have to merge 21 copies of a single Arcane.

Now, let's look into how to get them. The new Arcanes have been integrated into the drop pool of numerous activities and Bounties in Hollvania — the setting where all Warframe 1999 content takes place.

Specifically, each of the following sources has even odds of dropping one of the eight Arcanes (meaning the chance is evenly distributed among each, with any individual Arcane having a 12.5% chance to drop):

• Killing an H-09 Efervon Tank boss (Assassination mission in Hollvania)
• Opening a Techrot Supply Cache during an Exterminate mission in Hollvania
• Opening a Scaldra Supply Cache during an Exterminate mission in Hollvania
• Opening Techrot Safes in Höllvania
• Selecting the Arcane option from the 1999 Calendar Rewards

Other than this, completing Faceoff, the new PvPvE game mode, has a chance of dropping one of the new Arcanes.

Thankfully, this is not fully RNG-reliant, as you can buy them from Eleanor in Hollvania once you have enough standing rank with The Hex syndicate.
