A new act in the Destiny 2 Episode means fresh Artifact perks for players to experiment with. Usually, these perks are stacked on top of the existing ones in the core weapons, allowing the community to change the meta briefly before a new entry comes along. While Revenant has been about utilizing the Stasis element via the perks, it remains to be seen whether Act III will have a similar effect or not.

This article lists all five new perks added to the Artifact in Episode Revenant Act II. Note that these perks can be purchased by refunding the existing ones. Hence, the number of unlocks will remain 12, even after adding the new ones.

Destiny 2 Revenant Act III Artifact perks

Here is a list of all new Artifact perks in Destiny 2 Revenant Act III:

  • Authorized Mods, Grenades: The armor energy costs of all armor mods affecting your grenades are significantly discounted.
  • Frenzied Hunger: Rapid final blows while Devour is active grants a bonus to reloading and handling.
  • Finders Keepers: Picking up special or heavy ammo grants a chance to receive an Armor Charge. Heavy ammo grants a greater chance.
  • Void Renewal: While Devour is active, Void weapon kills have a chance to generate Void Breach.
  • Old God's Rite: After picking up a Void Breach, dealing damage with a Void weapon creates a rain of seeking projectiles.

As mentioned, Artifact perks usually alter the sandbox meta, which seems to lean toward the Void element in Revenant Act III. Three of the five new perks are tied to the element, which calls for fresh builds and synergies with existing weapons and Exotic armor pieces. However, these perks will stay active until the launch of Episode Heresy, scheduled for February 4.

Each perk requires one point to unlock, with the entire Artifact having a limit of 12 unlocks. These can be acquired simply by accumulating EXP via different activities in the game, seasonal challenges, and more.

However, if you already have all 12 points invested, and want to get the new ones, your only choice would be to refund one point from an existing perk and make a purchase.
