War Thunder received its third major update this year, called Dance of Dragons, on September 10, 2024. As with all other major updates, this patch also introduced various new vehicles in the game, as well as new features and bug fixes. Dance of Dragons also saw the introduction of the French Coastal Fleet tech tree. This latest War Thunder update was preceded by Seek and Destroy, which saw the introduction of next-generation Fox 3 or Active Radar Homing missiles in the game.
