Overlook Town is one of the numerous settlements dotted throughout the map in Once Human, where you can get mystical, gear, and weapon crates. It is located in the Dayton Wetlands area, around 6746,-5807 coordinates. This town is an early game location marked as a level 5 area, making it pretty easy to get all the crates.

Once Human: Overlook Town Mystical crate location
The Mystical crate at the Overlook Town settlement is known as "Mysterious Treasures." Despite the name, it is a regular Mystical crate located inside the Panorama grocery store, which is situated at the center of the settlement. You will be able to see the Mystical crate sitting on the floor as soon as you enter the store.

Once Human: Overlook Town weapon and gear crate locations
Gear crate
After obtaining the Mystical crate, go to the back of the Panorama store. There, you will find a double door leading to a back room. Inside, you will find a set of stairs leading down to the store's basement, where you will find the gear crate. The crate will be sitting in the middle of some kind of liquid and Deviant growth.

Weapon crate
The weapon crate at Overlook Town is the easiest to find among the three crates. It is located in the middle of the large open concert area in the southern part of the settlement. Once you loot the crate, a large Glutton Deviant will spawn at the end of the amphitheater.
You can choose to fight it or just leave. If you fight it, shoot at the pink spots on its legs to make it fall. Once it falls and becomes vulnerable, continue shooting it until it dies.
After collecting the crates, make sure to activate the Rift Anchor in the town. It is located in the center of the town, on top of a bus in the middle of the road.
