All pickaxe tiers in Once Human, and how to craft them

The pickaxe is a very important tool that you need to have in Once Human. It is needed for gathering materials like logs, ores, and gravel. These materials are the base for most of the things you need to craft in Once Human and as a result, having a pickaxe is paramount.

As you level up and progress through the game, you have to keep upgrading your pickaxe. You can unlock different pickaxes from the Memetics tree. As you go to higher-level regions, you need a higher-tier pickaxe to mine higher-tier ores. Also, upgrading your pickaxe means that you can gather materials quicker and in larger amounts, and every pickaxe can gather logs and gravel.

There are six different tiers of pickaxes in Once Human. This article will explain what they are and how you can craft them in this survival MMO.

Once Human: All Pickaxe tiers and how to craft them

Given below are the six different pickaxe tiers and what you need to craft them. They have been arranged from the lowest to the highest tier.

Crude Pickaxe:

This is the first and most basic pickaxe you get in the game. You can craft it on your campsite, and you will need five Logs and 10 Gravel to craft it. The Crude Pickaxe is used to mine Sulfur and Copper ore.

Copper Pickaxe:

This is the second pickaxe you can craft. You need a Supplies Workbench to craft it. The materials needed to craft it are five Logs, seven Copper Ingots, and two Rawhide. You can use this pickaxe to mine Tin ore and Silver ore.

Bronze Pickaxe:

Bronze Pickaxe is the next upgrade you get. Like the previous one, you need a Supplies Workbench to craft it, along with five Logs, seven Bronze Ingots, and one Rawhide. You can use this to mine Iron and Startrace ores.

Steel Pickaxe:

The fourth upgrade that you get is the Steel Pickaxe and you will need an Intermediate Supplies Workbench to craft it. The materials that you need to craft are 10 Steel Ingots and three Rawhide. This upgrade will enable you to mine Aluminum ore and Iron ore.

Alloy Pickaxe:

This version of the pickaxe is needed to mine Tungsten ore. To craft it, you need an Intermediate or Advanced Supplies Workbench along with 10 Aluminum Ingots, seven Steel Ingots, and three Rawhide.

Tungsten Alloy Pickaxe:

The Tungsten Alloy Pickaxe is the best pickaxe in Once Human. It is needed to mine Gold ore and you need an Advanced Supplies Workbench to craft it. The materials needed for crafting are 10 Tungsten Ingots, seven Steel Ingots, and three Rawhide.

Keep in mind that you cannot repair pickaxes when their durability reduces. You can disassemble them at the Disassembly Bench and craft a new one.
