The Palworld Feybreak update has introduced a new wave of content to the popular monster-hunting/catching MMO. No matter if you are a veteran or a newcomer, this update features something for everyone, including a new map, items, Pals, materials like Chromite, and most importantly, a new set of weapons.

In this guide, we have shared everything you will need to know about the new weapons that have been added in Palworld Feybreak update.


What are the new weapons introduced in the Palworld Feybreak update?

Below is the list of all the new weapons introduced in the game:

  • Makeshift SMG
  • Makeshift Assault Rifle
  • Makeshift Shotgun
  • Old Revolver
  • SMG
  • Semi-Auto Rifle
  • Semi-Auto Shotgun
  • Laser Gatling Gun
  • Plasma Cannon
  • Compound Bow
  • Advanced Bow
  • Katana
  • Beam Sword
  • Meowmere (Terraria collab)
  • Dark Grenade
  • Dragon Grenade
  • Ground Grenade
  • Grass Grenade
  • Water Grenade

The makeshift weapons are entry-level firearms designed for the early game in Palworld Feybreak update. The Makeshift SMG, with moderate attack power, is available between levels 24 and 26. The Makeshift Assault Rifle, available at levels 30 and 31, is a basic automatic weapon. Additionally, the Makeshift Shotgun offers single-round high damage, effective against Pals in close range.

The SMG, unlocked at level 37 is stronger than the makeshift SMG. The Semi-Auto Rifle, available at level 41, has moderate damage and a high fire rate. The Semi-Auto Shotgun, which unlocks at level 47, features a faster firing rate than the pump-action shotgun, though with slightly lower attack power.

High-tier weapons are best for the late game. The Laser Gatling Gun earned at level 58, has high attack power, as well as fire rate, and uses Electric Gatling cartridges. The Plasma Cannon, available at level 60, fires plasma cartridges at high speed that explode on contact in Palworld Feybreak update.

For melee weapon lovers, the update includes two melee weapons. The Katana, available at level 29, is a close-range slashing weapon. The Beam Sword earned at level 57, resembles a lightsaber and provides triple the Katana’s damage output.

Additionally, the Terraria Collab Sword (Meowmere), available at level 30, fires bouncing cat projectiles that deal extra damage. It requires an Ancient Technology Point, three Predator Cores, and some more materials to craft.
