Ark Survival Ascended Arkpocalypse is a fast-paced server run by the game's developers, and it's ideal for newcomers and players who want to play for a short period. The server gets wiped out periodically, refreshing the whole map for players to rebuild and start anew. The next server wipe is usually 30 days from the last wipe date, the last one being September 13, 2024. Each game of Ark Survival Ascended could take a long time to finish. So, the developers introduced this server to help players speed things up. Every month, they throw a meteor on the map, to wipe the whole server.

What is Arkpocalypse in Ark Survival Ascended?

Arkpocalypse is a special mode in Ark Survival Ascended. As mentioned, it's ideal for newcomers as it has a limited run time and boosts many aspects of the game. Helping the players progress very fast and efficiently.

Here are all the rate increases in Ark Survival Ascended Arkpocalypse:

Taming Speed: 5x
Dismantling: 5x
Experience: 5x
Mating interval: 0.5x
Growth speed: 5x
Egg hatching speed: 5x
Baby cuddling interval: 0.6x
Seedling growth rate: 5x
Hair growth rate: 5x

Due to these increased rates, player characters level up extremely fast. The taming speed of animals is also significantly boosted, letting the individuals create their farms quickly. They also tame their mounts quickly, letting them travel across the map efficiently. Crafting items and the base building also become fast thanks to the improved dismantling and crafting speeds.

But there's more, during certain events and special occasions, the rates are boosted even further. In some instances, the harvesting rate was boosted almost 5x, letting the players build massive farms and have a surplus of food and crops. But even the events don’t change the mode's most important rule: when the time comes, a powerful meteor will hit the surface, wiping everything clean.

Next Arkpocalypse server wipe date

The Arkpocalypse mode wipes the server every 30-day-long interval. The next wipe is going to be on October 13, 2024. This date was confirmed in Community Crunch #416.

The timer can be accessed in the Arkpocalypse mode. To check the timer, you need to kill your character. In the spawn menu, you can see the timer that says when the next wipe is.
