Best boxbreaker Limbo build in Warframe, explained

To farm certain tileset resources like Argon Crystals in Warframe, a boxbreaker Limbo builds is the most efficient way to go about it. 'Boxbreaker' builds refer to specific setups that specialize in breaking containers. In this case, we will go over a Limbo build where you one-tap all breakable containers in a large area, and collect loot through another dedicated ability.

Note that this Boxbreaker Limbo build needs access to the Helminth to execute fully. If you've not progressed that far into the game, the build can still work — only, you are likely to miss out on some resources.

Warframe Boxbreaker Limbo mod and Helminth setup

This build setup will use Limbo's fourth ability (Cataclysm) as the main ability to spam. With the high range and low strength, it may not specialize in 'nuking' enemies properly, but it breaks all containers through walls and line of sight.

This is a zero-Forma build, but it does require one Orokin Reactor. A Limbo Prime was used for our testing purposes, but this also works on the regular Limbo Warframe.

Additional build setup

These elements are not critical to the build purpose, as mentioned earlier. They are simply elements that ensure better QoL and faster mission clear speed overall.

• Archon Shards: 2x Casting Speed (Amber), 3x Parkour Velocity (Amber)
• Arances: Arcane Phantasm, Arcane Consequence (both for the mobility)
• Helminth: Subsume Mag (non-Prime) to get Pull, put Pull on Limbo/Limbo Prime's first ability slot (replaces Banish)

Playstyle explanation

This is one of the easiest builds both in terms of resource cost and playstyle. The strat is simple: load into a non-endless mission, preferably Capture or Extermination.

As you progress towards the objective, spam Cataclysm (fourth ability) to break boxes all around the tileset. Press Pull (first ability) once in a while to drag all resources into you. Here are some additional tips to note:

• You can also cast Orokin Eye air support power to locate additional objectives like rare caches, Voidplumes, Voca, or Ayatan Sculptures
• This Limbo build leaves the Warframe with very little EHP and Shields, so you must make good use of the dash to retreat into the Rift against mid-level content and above.
• Staying in the Rift also regenerates energy. Zenurik focus school can help regarding this, as you have no other means of intrinsic energy regen.
