Players are often looking up the best builds for The Summit in The Division 2, as it is an endgame PVE mode that offers plenty of farming options. Below mentioned are some builds that can fulfill their respective roles in not only the Summit but also open world activities, Paradise Lost Incursion, and other modes of The Division 2.

1) Empress Skill Build

The Exotic rifle Doctor Home and Carbine 7 with In Sync talent allows this healer to stay self-sufficient alongside the Protection from Elite mods.

Those running this build can provide heals with the chem launcher to their squad's tank and DPS players and keep them buffed as long as they are over-healed. This is quite easy to achieve considering the high heal rate that this composition provides with the Restorer Hive.
