With the best Rogue build in Diablo 4, you can maximize your damage output with this new class. Rogue is often considered a copy of the agility-type class, the Demon Hunter. They shared some similarities in past entries in the franchise. Unlike the Demon Hunter, the Rogue has the option to use melee attacks in addition to its ranged attacks. With the introduction of energy-based skills, this class also no longer relies on mana meters.
However, many who love playing the Demon Hunter can rebuild their Rogue to bear the same skill and abilities. With this, you can create unique subclasses with an entirely different experience by respeccing your characters. That said, this article will list the five best builds you can try for a Rogue in Diablo 4 Season 7.

Best Rogue builds to try in Diablo 4 Season 6
Here are some of the best Rogue builds that you can try in Diablo 4 Season 6:
1) Barrage Rogue
That’s right, Barrage Rogue is still one of the best endgame picks in Diablo 4! Thanks to the incredible power of the Victimize Key Passive, you can get so much extra damage through Lucky Hits. This build uses Barrage with Poison Imbuement to get those Victimize triggers and make enemies disappear off the face of Sanctuary. This is a potent build, combining those skills with Shadow Clone, Shadow Step, Poison Trap, and Smoke Bomb to handle any dangerous situation.
However, you will likely need some specialized gear like The Umbracrux and Fists of Fate. In addition, Shroud of False Death and Heir of Perdition help too, thanks to their stats (Lucky Hit Chance, +Ranks to Passives), but if you lack Heir, you can get Cowl of the Nameless. While it can feel like a gear-heavy setup, it’s worth it.
2) Rain of Arrows
Not only do you need a specific unique to make this one of the best Rogue builds in Diablo 4 Season 7, you need a series of them to make it as good as possible. Rain of Arrows builds don’t even work without Word of Hakan. This Unique makes Rain of Arrows always Imbued with all Imbuements and gains all of your Arrow Storm benefits. It also grants increased damage to Distant Enemies. In addition, you also need Shard of Verathiel and Skyhunter if you want to use this build.
This build runs, in addition to Rain of Arrows, Caltrops, Dark Shroud, Heartseeeker, and Smoke Grenade. Thanks to the new Season 7 Witchcraft powers, Diablo 4 Rogues want to run Shaken Soul for more Vulnerability as one of the more important abilities. This build takes a little practice, but success will shred whole screens into pieces.

3) Death Trap Rogue
Normally, Death Trap isn’t an ability we necessarily spam, but thanks to stacking Trap/Ultimate/Cooldown reduction, we can get Death Trap down to a really easily spammable state. With enough Energy, and Uniques like Beastfall Boots, you can really get a lot out of that powerful Ultimate. However, this, like many other builds has a requirement - you cannot run this build properly without Eyes in the Dark.
This particular Unique, which drops off of Varshan, increases the damage of Death Trap by a multiplicative amount, and rearms it once after reactivating. This, combined with Beastfall Boots’ damage increase makes Death Trap so much more dangerous. It’s a build that resets your cooldowns and makes it so you can keep dropping those Death Traps on unsuspecting enemies.
4) Twisting Blades Rogue
What makes a Twisting Blade build work so well is how well you deal with the returning blades. You fire off a series of blades, and then, using powers like Dash and Shadow Step, you move quickly through a group of enemies, so that the blades hit as many other enemies as possible. Having Bladedancer’s Aspect also helps, that’s for sure. It makes those blades rotate around you.
However, this is one of the harder builds to play in Diablo 4 - while it’s one of the best Rogue builds, it’s also one of the more frustrating/complicated builds. Once you’ve mastered the movement of Twisting Blade Rogue in Diablo 4, Season 7 will become incredibly easy. It’s not a build that requires a ton of different Uniques - though they are nice to have.
The one thing you definitely need is Alchemical Admixture Key Passive, and to get the most out of it, you need two types of non-physical damage. In this case, you get Poison from Poison Imbuement, and Shadow from Elemental Surge Temper on one of your weapons.

5) Twisting Blades Rogue
Twisting Blades Rogue is a pretty interesting pick in Diablo 4 Season 6 - it’s one of the best Mapping/Speedfarming picks you can go with. However, when it comes to doing other content like bosses, The Pit, and other end-game activities, it lags behind the other builds. Not by a lot, but just a bit.
You’ll want to build Combo Points with Puncture - which also applies Vulnerable, and then use Twisting Blades to deal damage.
Eventually, you’ll be able to just swap seamlessly between the two, but at the start, you’ll have to use a few Punctures first. Poison Imbuement is great in this build, allowing you way more damage - which you certainly need. Pair these with Dash, Shadowstep, and Caltrops and you have a winning farm build.
