Crimil's Dagger updated god roll guide for Destiny 2 PvP and PvE

Crimil's Dagger is returning in Destiny 2 The Final Shape via the Episode Echoes Iron Banner. The Kinetic Hand Cannon is one of the oldest gear pieces in the game, dating back to Y2 in 2018, alongside the Season of the Forge. It is an Aggressive Framed weapon that fires at 120 RPM, making it slower than most Hand Cannons. However, it more than makes up for it with increased base Impact damage and Range.

This article lists the best perks of the new and improved Crimil's Dagger for PvE and PvP. Note that Iron Banner weapons are not craftable, so you must get the perk combination via drops only. However, each perk can be enhanced for better stats, making the farm worthwhile.

The following perks are recommended on the re-issued Crimil's Dagger Hand Cannon for Destiny 2 PvP:

Polygonal Rifling for increased Stability on the weapon
Accurized Rounds for increased Range on the weapon
Moving Target for increased movement speed and Accuracy while aiming and moving with the weapon
Explosive Payload for a small AOE detonation on impact, and flinching the targets each bullet lands on

Kill Clip is a great option on the Crimil's Dagger Hand Cannon for damage perks, as a 25% bonus is a lot in PvP. Zen Moment is another great perk to have in the fourth column for reduced flinch and recoil after damaging opposing players.

Lastly, for the third column, Enlightened Action or Outlaw are great utility perks for reload speed.

The following perks on Crimil's Dagger are recommended, keeping its stunning capability of Overload Champions in mind. Here is the list of perks:

Arrowhead Brake for reduced Recoil and increased Handling on the weapon
Flared Magwell for Reload Speed and Stability
Enlightened Action for increased Reload Speed and Handling upon dealing damage
Precision Instrument for increased damage after sustained precision damage on a target

For clearing groups of mobs, Strategist and Kill Clip is a great combination, alongside Explosive Payload.

How to get Crimil's Dagger in Destiny 2

Crimil's Dagger Hand Cannon can be farmed exclusively from Destiny 2's Iron Banner. Since this is a newly re-issued weapon in the game, players will find a curated version within the Reputation reward of Saladin. Once picked up, the Hand Cannon can be focused from the "Focused Decoding" section, where all weapons from the current loot pool are available with random perks.

A few copies of the Crimil's Dagger can be farmed from Iron Banner matches as well.
