Dazemu in Palworld: Where to find, partner skill, item drops, and more

Dazemu in Palworld is a brand-new emu-like Pal added in the Sakurajima update. It is a pure Ground-type Pal and is #123 in the Paldeck. Being a Ground-type, Dazemu is weak to Grass-type Pals like Mossanda, Quivern Botan, Mammorest, Broncherry, and more.

Where to find Dazemu in Palworld?

Dazemu can be found in the location shown in the picture above. Unlike the other new Pals that were a part of the Sakurajima update, you can find this emu-like creature in certain older places on the map. You will not have to level up and prepare yourself for a massive journey to the new island.

It is advisable to get this Pal as it is currently one of the fastest land mounts in the game. You can unlock the Dazemu Saddle at level 22. So, you can use this Pal to your advantage very early on in your Palworld journey.

How to catch Dazemu in Palworld

As stated above, Dazemu is susceptible to Grass-type Pals. Therefore, you must use monsters of this elemental typing or those with access to strong Grass-type attacks.

You can throw in the following Pals to lower Dazemu's HP before trying to catch it:

Mammorest
Quivern Botan
Wumpo Botan
Warsect
Broncherry
Robinquill

You can also use your guns to deal damage to this Pal while fighting it. Wear the Ring of Mercy so you accidentally don't kill the critter.

You will need high-quality Spheres to catch Dazemu in this game. Legendary Spheres and Ultimate Spheres are the best for this bird. You might need to throw a lot of Spheres before a successful catch, so load up your inventory.

Dazemu has level 2 Gathering Work Suitability. So, it is not really a useful worker Pal for your base. It is better to use it as a mount to traverse the vast expanses of Palpagos and Sakurajima Island.

How to breed Dazemu in Palworld

You can use two Dazemu of opposite genders to breed this Pal in the game. As of writing, no other Pals are known to give an egg that produces a Dazemu hatchling.
