Deadlock is the newest weapon from Destiny 2 Competitive Crucible. Like previous weapons, this gear piece comes with a wide range of perks, all usable for both PvE and PvP. However, the means to get them are locked behind PvP, forcing players to go against other Guardians in a showcase of raw skills. Since Deadlock is a Stasis weapon, it has a lot of viability in Episode Revenant as well.
This article lists the best perks of the new Deadlock Stasis Precision Framed Shotgun for PvP and PvE.

The following perks are recommended on the new Deadlock Shotgun for Destiny 2 PvP:

How to get Deadlock Shotgun in Destiny 2
Deadlock Shotgun can drop after you complete a competitive PvP challenge once per week on three different characters. The first challenge usually requires you to hit the placement ranks after playing five competitive matches. Once the seven matches have been completed, you must go through another three matches for that week for another copy of the weapon.
This can be done three times per week on three different characters. If going through competitive PvP seems like a lot of work, you can always wait for the Episode to end and purchase the weapon from the Shaxx vendor in exchange for 3 Crucible Engrams and 25,000 Glimmer.
