Destiny 2 Revenant Act I Developer livestream: Air date, time, and Twitch emblem drop

After four months of Echoes, the Destiny 2 community will get a new arc to the story in the form of a new Episode. Titled 'Revenant,' the episode is scheduled for October 8, 2024. Moreover, with several new sandbox changes lined up with its release, players will get multiple gear pieces alongside new Artifact perks, activities, challenges, and more.

Bungie is set to hold a Developer livestream tied to the Episode's release, where they will reveal most of the things coming with Revenant Act 1 alongside a few changes scheduled for Codename Frontiers. Typically, viewers can earn a special Emblem from the livestream just by watching 15 minutes of it.

The Revenant Developer livestream will be held once on October 1, 10 am PT. Interested viewers can tune into Bungie's official Twitch channel at the times listed below:

United States: 10 am PT (October 1)
India: 10:30 pm IST (October 1)
China: 1 am local time (October 2)
UK: 5 pm BST (October 1)
Australia: 4 am local time (October 2)
Brazil: 2 pm local time (October 1)

The stream can be expected to go on for approximately an hour, giving viewers enough time for the Twitch drop. Here's Bungie's official statement regarding the Twitch drop "Revenant Echo" emblem from the livestream:

We’ll have a new emblem you can earn via Twitch Drops, so watch at least 15 minutes of the livestream to earn “Revenant Echo.” Make sure you have your Twitch account linked on Bungie.net to collect your loot.

How to link Bungie ID with Twitch for Destiny 2 drops

The following steps should help you link your Bungie account with Twitch to get the drops from the Developer livestream:

Open Bungie's official website, followed by the Destiny 2 page
Log in using an account for any platform
On the top-right of your screen, click on your account picture, and then click on Settings
Here, navigate down and select the "Account Linking" tab
For Twitch, click on "Link Account" beside the Twitch icon, and put in your Twitch credentials when asked

Once the accounts are linked, you must wait for the drops to be sent to your inventory. To get the drops in Destiny 2, head to the Flair section via the Collections tab, and then look for the emblem in the General section.

It has been confirmed that the emblem in question will be sent to all eligible viewers on October 8, 2024, at the launch of Episode Revenant.
