Destiny 2 Revenant roadmap: Grandmaster Nightfall, Iron Banner, Tomb of Elders, and more

Destiny 2 Episode Revenant is the newest seasonal entry in the game, allowing players to push through several new activities in search of new weapons, armor pieces, and a lot more. However, its arrival doesn't mean that players must always keep themselves busy with seasonal activities. Time-limited activities, annual events, and endgame modes are also scheduled to be released in the future.

This article lists everything coming in the future of Episode Revenant.

Roadmap for Destiny 2 Episode Revenant

1) Grandmaster Nightfall (October 29)

Due to the spike of the Pinnacle cap in Destiny 2 Episode Revenant, Bungie is releasing Grandmaster Nightfall with the usual Week 4 reset. This was a regular occurrence for previous seasons, as all players were required to grind up to the Pinnacle cap and attempt the Grandmaster Nightfall Strikes for Adept loot. With this Episode, however, it seems the company is bringing back that essence.

Here is a list of all Nightfall Strikes coming with Episode Revenant's Grandmaster pool:

Similar to the previous episode, the first act in Revenant will get only three Nightfall Strikes, with the rest being time-gated for the following acts.

2) Festival of the Lost (October 29)

Festival of the Lost celebrates Halloween every year, alongside new time-limited weapons and armor pieces. With the help of the community's vote, Destiny 2 will be releasing good witch and bad witch armor pieces for all three classes.

There is also an event seal called "Ghost Writer." Players can either acquire this title for the first time by completing objectives from the Event Card or gild it based on the number of achievements beforehand.

3) Iron Banner (November 26)

Iron Banner will be returning for two weeks with new weapons and armor pieces. Here is a list of weapons coming this season on Iron Banner, along with all the perks:

Column 3: Air Trigger, Offhand Strike, Deconstruct, Enlightened Action, Impulse Amplifier, Loose Change, Reverberation
Column 4: Adagio, Bait and Switch, Chill Clip, Desperate Measures, Frenzy, One for All, Surrounded

Archon's Thunder: Stasis High-Impact Machine Gun

Column 3: Air Trigger, Enlightened Action, [Unknown], Dynamic Sway Reduction, Envious Assassin, Fourth Times the Charm, High-Impact Reserves
Column 4: Desperate Measures, Onslaught, Headstone, Killing Tally, Tap the Trigger, Target Lock, Rewind Rounds

There also seems to be a new Memento for Iron Banner. It is joining the Iron Lord seal as another endgame feature to pursue in the PvP activity.

4) Tomb of Elders and Act II (November 19)

Tomb of Elders will be returning with Act II of Revenant, starting November 19, 2024. It will be a revamped version of Destiny 1's Prison of Elders, where players used to dive deep into the infamous Tangled Shore prison and take on different bosses.

The confirmation comes from one of the reagents needed to make a potion, the source of which is the upcoming "Tomb of Elders."

5) Dawning 2024 (December second or third week)

The Destiny 2 Dawning event is scheduled for sometime in the middle of December. It celebrates Winter with new armor pieces, weapons, and a seal.

6) Revenant Act III (January 7)

The final Act of Destiny 2 Revenant will go live on January 7, 2025, alongside a possible new Exotic mission. Official details regarding Act III remain unknown, except for the date.
