In Diablo 4 Season 2, Blizzard introduced five new boss fights as a part of their end game content. To fight these bosses, you are required to farm for certain materials with which you can summon and then subsequently defeat these bosses.
These are some of the toughest monsters in the game, and the items that they drop are mostly uniques that have the power to make or break a build.
The Galvanic Saint is one of the five bosses that you will come across in Diablo 4 Season 2. To summon him, you will have to collect Living Steel, which can only be found inside Living Steel chests. So where can you find these chests?

Where to find Living Steel chests in Diablo 4 Season 2
In Diablo 4, Living Steel chests can only be found in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. In these tiers, you will have to make your way to areas where a Helltide Zone is currently active. Whenever there's one active in any area, it's marked in red, so you will be able to identify it easily.
Helltide Zones last for an hour and is followed by a cooldown before a new one is made available. Whenever you defeat an enemy in these zones, there's a chance that they'll drop Aberrant Cinders. This is your primary Helltide currency and is used to open the Tortured Chests.
Out of all these Tortured Chests, you will come across a few that are marked as Tortured Chests of Living Steel. These chests cost around 300 Aberrant Cinders to open, so you might have to grind a little.
What's more interesting is that whenever you come across such a chest, you will notice that it's guarded by an Elite. The only way you will be able to access the chest is if you defeat this monster.
Once you've defeated it and gathered the required Aberrant Cinders, you will be able to open a Tortured Chest of Living Steel in Diablo 4 Season 2.
It's believed that these Tortured Chests of Living Steel always spawn in the same region whenever a Helltide Zone is active. So, if you come across a Living Steel chest in a particular spot in an area, you will find the chest in that very spot when the Helltide Zone returns to the area.
Once you've accumulated enough Living Steel in Diablo 4, you can summon Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint, and defeat him to have a chance at picking up one of the many uniques that he drops.
