Diablo 4’s Sepulcher of The Forsworn is a dungeon in the main story that could get completely passed by if you aren’t in the habit of completing Strongholds. Depending on what character you’re playing, it might take a little grinding and effort to unlock it, but it’s worth it for Necromancers at the very least. This dungeon holds the Hulking Aspect, which is a legendary aspect focused on Golems.

Read on to learn how to unlock, find, and complete Sepulcher of The Forsworn in Diablo 4. It’s not a challenging dungeon, but it’s worth it if you’re trying to completely unlock all legendary aspects in the game.

Sepulcher of The Forsworn in Diablo 4 is found in the Altar of Ruin section of Kehjistan. If you want to unlock it, tackle the Level 45 Stronghold: Altar of Ruin first. Thankfully, it’s a relatively short, simple Stronghold.

Enter the area, slay the three High Priests, open the gateway, and fight the boss. In higher difficulties, such as where we played, the final boss descending into the room could one-shot you. Be careful where you’re standing. Once the boss has gone down, activate the area, and head right into the dungeon.

Note: The layout of Diablo 4 dungeons can vary, so the exact locations of objectives change.

Once you’re inside Sepulcher of The Forsworn in Diablo 4, you’ll be met with a pair of tasks, like any dungeon. This one will no doubt be familiar if you grind out lots of dungeons. Step One is to Collect Animus from Animus Carriers. They’re marked with a skull on your mini-map, so they’re very easy to find.

Defeat them and collect the purple aura that drops in their stead, that’s the Animus you need. Do this a few times as you explore the dungeon, until you have enough. Since the path is straightforward for the most part, it’s easy to find these enemies. This part of the dungeon isn’t a maze; just explore every corner, kill the required enemies, and then head north to the quest icon. Open the doorway and proceed to the next section.

Next up in The Sepulcher of The Forsworn in Diablo 4 is destroying Demonic Corruption structures. You’ll have to reach the Theater of Carnage section of the map, but it’s just down a short hallway. When you find one of the Demonic Corruption structures, watch for the red glow on the ground that indicates where it’s going to shoot. When you’ve damaged it enough, an Elite will spawn to defend it.

Navigating to find all three Demonic Corruption structures will take some, but it’s not a vast dungeon. Simply explore every part of the Theater of Carnage, destroy these, and then head back to the start of the zone. The path that was blocked is now open. You’ll find a Health Shrine in front of it as well; use it if needed. Beyond this path lies the Seething Hivemaster, boss of Diablo 4’s Sepulcher of The Forsworn.

If you’re strong enough, the boss will never get to use any of its annoying abilities. It can spit a wave of bullets, so stay close and run a circle around him. He can also summon allies to help him fight, and conjure moving circles on the ground that harm you. It’s worth noting that the Nightmare Dungeon version is much stronger than the regular one. Once he’s been slain, collect your loot, and teleport out of the dungeon.
