Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred is a huge expansion, so of course, the new Spiritborn class received new Uniques, and a brand-new Mythic Unique. The gear you find in this list is solely for the Spiritborn, other classes cannot take advantage of this amazing gear. Several slots feature brand-new gear for this class: Helmet, Chest, Gloves, Pants, Boots, Rings, and Weapons. Sorry, amulet users, you’ll have to use a more generic option.
If you’re interested in playing as the powerful new Spiritborn class in Diablo 4, it will help to know what kind of equipment they can possibly pick up, when it comes to Uniques and Mythics. Of course, you can also use the more familiar items like Tyrael’s Might, but the below gear is just for Spiritborn.
All Uniques for Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred’s Spiritborn class
Below is a table of all known Uniques for the Spiritborn class in Diablo 4. This could shift and change as the seasons go on, but here is what we know at this time, as Season 6 and Vessel of Hatred launch.
1) Diablo 4 Spiritborn Uniques - Helm slot

- Harmony of Ebewaka
- Loyalty’s Mantle
Diablo 4’s new Spiritborn Uniques are pretty amazing, even looking at the helmets. Harmony of Ebewaka, for example, makes your secondary Spirit Hall pick matter more. Whatever your secondary Spirit Hall choice was, all of your skills will also be that skill type: Centipede, Gorilla, Jaguar, or Eagle. This is an amazing thing to see, especially considering you gain 30% increased damage on your Skills, per Spirit type they have.
You also have Loyalty’s Mantle, which makes your Spirit Hall bonuses 100% more potent if your Spirit Hall choices match. You also receive a 60% Vigor Cost Reduction and Skills of their Base Spirit gain a 60% cooldown reduction. In addition, both of these also give +4 to Velocity.
2) Chest slot Uniques for Spiritborn

- Jacinth Shell
Next up for Spiritborn Uniques in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred is the chest slot Jacinth Shell. A solid defensive piece that grants +4 to Endurance, it also heals you for 10% of your Maximum Life when you spend Vigor. However, this is a piece of gear you’re going to want to constantly be in battle with.
Every second, your active Cooldowns each drain 10% maximum life from you, to reduce their durations by three seconds. That means you’re going to want to keep spending Vigor as much as possible, to keep that life total at a decent level. It’ll be interesting to see how this pans out going forward.
3) Gloves slot Uniques for Spiritborn

- Craze of the Dead God
Craze of the Dead God is a really interesting unique for Spiritborns in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. If you would take direct damage, you take it as Poisoning instead, over 10 seconds. This could be seen as a pretty solid defensive unique, so you take fewer huge chunks of damage.
It also has a Lucky Hit proc: Direct damage has up to a 25% chance based on your Poisoned Life percentage to infect an enemy with Touch of Death. That’s what I like about this: you can spread that poisoned damage as free Touches of Death. This gear also grants some +Ranks of skills, such as Touch of Death, Nourishment, and Antivenom.
4) Pants slot Uniques for Spiritborn

- Protection of The Prime
I am a huge fan of Protection of The Prime as one of my favorite Spiritborn Uniques in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. +300% damage for four seconds after dodging an attack, damage reduction while standing still, and +3 to Defensive Skills on its own is pretty massive. However, while moving, you also have a 30% Dodge Chance.
Then, when standing still for two seconds or more, you become Unstoppable until you move. It’s a very simple piece of gear, but it’s amazing when it comes to building a high dodge chance and rewarding you for it. +300% damage is an absolutely titanic amount of free damage for almost no effort.
5) Boots slot Uniques for Spiritborn

- Scorn of the Earth
Are you a fan of the Eagle ability Soar in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred? Do you want to do it as much as possible, and be rewarded for it? Then you want Scorn of the Earth boots! You gain +2 Evade charges and it transforms your Evade into Soar as well. You can also get a reduced Evade cooldown every time you attack (by 0.5s). These fancy boots also give +Movement Speed, and so much more.
Soar does up to 275% damage based on the distance you travel, and grants 20% Maximum Life as a Barrier for 1.5s, every time you use it. If that weren’t enough, it can also add +Ranks to Soar. Finally, it also makes Soar deal 50% increased damage! Just fly around and absolutely demolish foes with this fun power.
6) Rings slot Uniques for Spiritborn

- Wound Drinker
- Ring of Writhing Moon
- Band of First Breath
- Peacemonger’s Signet
- Ring of the Midday Hunt
- Ring of the Midnight Sun
Despite there being no Amulets for Spiritborn in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred, there are tons of Unique rings! Wound Drinker increases Toxic Skin ranks, restores Vigor when you deal Thorns damage, and gives a permanent Toxic Skin Passive. That’s already solid. Ring of Writhing Moon makes Pestilent Swarm spawn from you every 10 seconds, and they now orbit you, generating Vigor.
Band of First Breath gives a permanent Armored Hide Passive, and Evading consumes a stack of Resolve to also generate a solid amount of Vigor (20-40). Then you have the Peacemonger’s Signet to make it easier to generate Resolve—just gain Ferocity! While you have at least four stacks of Ferocity you also generate Vigor Per Second.
Ring of the Midday Hunt makes your Poison effects deal their damage across 33% of the normal duration, while you have Ferocity. It also increases your Vigor cap, and killing enemies grants Vigor as well, making it easier to keep up poisoning. Finally, there’s Ring of the Midnight Sun, which restores a percentage of your Vigor spent in the last two seconds, anytime you Crit. It also gives Counterattack’s Passive Effect permanently.
7) Weapon slot Uniques and Mythic Unique for Spiritborn

- Nesekem, The Herald (Mythic)
- Wushe Nak Pa
- Sepazontec
- Rod of Kepeleke
Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred players rejoice: Spiritborn receive a Mythic Unique, just for them! Nesekem, The Herald is a glaive that gives +200 to all stats, plenty of Overpower/Critical Strike damage, and every 5 seconds, you randomly mark a Nearby enemy.
These enemies are Vulnerable and your attacks are guaranteed to Critically Strike and Overpower. Hitting a marked enemy 10 times clears the mark, though. With at least 250% Critical Strike and 450% Overpower Damage, this will get out of control fast.
Wushe Nak Pa is a unique glaive as well, and while wearing it, casting an Ultimate Skill grants or amplifies its matching Primary Spirit Hall Bonus with 100% potency for 15s. All Ultimate Skills also each gain an additional skill type:
- The Seeker (Focus)
- The Hunter (Mobility)
- The Devourer (Potency)
- The Protector (Defensive)
Spiritborn players also get a new unique Quarterstaff, Sepazontec. It makes your Basic Skills deal bonus damage, and always use their third attack feature. That could be massive in the correct build. In addition, every third cast of a Basic Skill strikes three times, so you could start obliterating people in Centipede builds.
Rod of Kepeleke is another unique Quarterstaff in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. It makes your Core Skills also Basic Skills and free to cast but deals up to 30% Reduced Damage based on their Vigor Cost.
In addition, when cast at Maximum Vigor, your Core Skills consume all Vigor to return them to full damage, cast at their largest size, and will always critically strike, with extra critical strike damage for each point of Vigor spent this way. I’m a huge fan of the potential gigantic bombs of damage this can do.
