Blizzard Entertainment's Diablo Immortal support continues as we head into Season 35. The new "Traveling Blade" Battle Pass goes live from January 16 to February 13, 2025. It introduces new goodies and cosmetics to redeem, the latter of which have a dark, Eastern flavor to them. Furthermore, players can look forward to modifiers for Legendary Gem drops, new events, and more.

Diablo Immortal Season 35 Battle Pass and updates detailed
Starting with the Battle Pass, 40 new tiers of great rewards await in Diablo Immortal Season 35. Furthermore, the Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass will allow redeeming two Ephemeral Treasures that players already own. Activating each Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass further will allow them to activate a bonus Ephemeral Treasures, up to a maximum of five.
Next, the developers will be reducing the Standard drop table of Legendary Gems to 16 each, allowing newer Gems to take precedence. Furthermore, players can select their 17th Legendary Gem to complete their 1, 2, and 5-star drop tables. Here are all the available gems sorted by category:
- One-Star: The Black Rose, Ca'arsen's Invigoration, Berserker's Eye, Everlasting Torment, Freedom and Devotion, Heartstone, Misery Elixir, Trickshot Gem, Pain of Subjugation, Lucent Watcher, Defiant Soul, Blessed Pebble, Respite Stone, Entropic Well, Mocking Laughter.
- Two-Star: Lightning Core, Mother's Lament, Power & Command, Pain Clasp, Viper's Bite, The Hunger, Bloody Reach, Igneous Scorn, Volatility Shard, Cold Confidant, The Abiding Curse, Tear of the Comet, Kir Sling, Ironbane, Mossthorn.
- Five-Star: Blood-Soaked Jade, Bottled Hope, Seeping Bile, Starfire Shard. Roiling Consequence, Gloom Cask, Echoing Shade, Void Spark, Frozen Heart, Spiteful Blood, Blessing of the Worthy, Stormvault, Maw of the Deep, Wulfheort, Hilt of Many Realms.
Some quality-of-life adjustments also make an appearance in this Diablo Immortal update:
- Challenge Dungeons will be slightly tweaked to allow for a fairer gameplay experience. Those who leave within a minute of the event will also be penalized by being unable to join a new party for a short while.
- Spectral Allies have become easier to use.
- Elite Quests can now be replayed after beating them; simply visit Taite in Westmarch to do so.
- Inventory Stacks for Wildfire, Tremor, Jolt, Vengeance, Barrier, and Ravager Stone have been increased from 99 to 999 while Voidblood Slag sees an increase from 999 to 9999.
Lastly, various events return in Diablo Immortal:
- Conqueror: This PvP event runs from January 10, 3 am to January 17, 3 am server time where players will be pit against real opponents.
- Survivor's Bane: From January 10, 3 am to January 17, 3 am server time, players will fight against the wave of foes in this PvE mode. Similar to the indie game Vampire Survivors, players start without their gear and with a random Class Skill, which will auto-fire as needed. Collecting skill orbs will cause the player to eventually level up and gain new random Skills to equip.
- Hungering Moon: Complete specific quests from January 11, 3 am to January 18, 2:59 am server time to obtain rewards.
- Wild Brawl: Players can bring their Companions along to fight enemy teams in this PvP event from January 17, 3 am to January 24, 2024, 3 am server time.
- Winds of Fortune Limited-Time Event: All rewards earned during this event are doubled. Runs from January 15, 3 am to January 22, 3 am local server time, and lasts real-time hours from the moment it is activated.
- Shady Stock: Earn tokens to redeem rewards from Yakin's Shady Stock. Active from January 18, 3 am to January 25, 3 am server time.
