The Elder Scrolls Online team has begun to tease the login rewards for the coming holiday season, and there are some pretty exciting ones. While the social media team for the hit MMO didn’t give everything away just yet, we can tell it’s going to be a good month just to log in to the enchanted land of Tamriel. Whether you need crafting reagents, gold, or just more EXP, the developers have you covered.
It’s an excellent time to return to Elder Scrolls Online, as well. Gold Road is live, and the developers have pushed several updates to enhance the overall player experience. In particular, Update 44 has hit both PCs and consoles now, so there’s a lot to look forward to.
Note: We will update this accordingly on Dec. 1, 2024, once all the rewards have been revealed.
Elder Scrolls Online teases the types of login rewards available for the holiday season
There will be a host of winter-themed login rewards for Elder Scrolls Online fans for December. All you have to do is log in daily, and each day, you’ll receive the next login reward, starting at 5 am ET/2 am PT for the North American server and 3 am UTC for the European server.

The rewards are given in order, so if you log in on day 1, and don’t log in again until day 3, you’ll still get the day 2 reward next. Here are the currently known Elder Scrolls Online login rewards for December 2024:
- New Life Festival Furnishings: Day 7, 14
- Grand Gold Coast Experience Scroll x1: Day 1, 28
- Collection of Rare Materials: Days 18-19, 21, 25-26
- 5,000 Gold: Day 27, 31
New Life Festival Furnishings are confirmed for several days, as a part of this month’s login rewards in Elder Scrolls Online. Day 7, for example, grants the Winter Ouroboros Wreath furnishing, and Day 14 grants the Thick Ice Floe furnishing. If you want to spruce your house up and make it more festive, these are good days to log in.
You can also log in on some days to claim a Grand Gold Coast Experience Scroll - Days 1 and 28 specifically. Using this scroll gives you a 150% bonus experience for an hour, making it a very desirable scroll when you’re grinding hard to level up a class.

On other days, you’ll receive some rare crafting materials. These include Rosin, Dreugh Wax, and Tempering Alloy. So, it will certainly be worth it to log on during Days 18, 19, 21, 25, and 26 if you’re a fan of the game’s crafting system.
Finally, you can just receive some free in-game gold - 5,000 gold! This comes towards the end of the month, on Days 27 and 31. There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of extra gold, as there’s always something new to buy, repair, or craft.
