The Union Power Armor in Fallout 76 can’t be found in the wasteland. To get it, you must first buy the plans and then craft each of them. Getting the plans for the armor is the most difficult part of the process, as they are only available at Giuseppe Della Ripa’s shop.

The tricky part of obtaining the armor is that you can’t buy it with caps or gold. The only way to obtain the plans is to purchase them in exchange for stamps, a special in-game currency that can only obtained by completing the expeditions. Each piece of the Union Power Armor in Fallout 76 costs 120 pieces of stamps.

If you think that’s high, think again. The cost of the plans was recently reduced. Before that, each piece of the Union Power Armor in Fallout 76 cost around 800 stamps.
