Final Fantasy 14 Dawntrail: All Main Scenario Quests, rewards, and levels

Final Fantasy 14 Dawntrail features a lengthy Main Scenario Quest - 115 of them to be exact. As you go from levels 90 through 100, you’ll explore the vast Turali continent, meet new people, and enjoy a nice, satisfying vacation where absolutely nothing goes wrong. The focal point of the expansion isn’t the Warrior of Light, this time around. Instead, it’s Wuk Lamat, who is one of the candidates vying for the throne of Tuliyollal.

It’s worth pointing out that this article will certainly contain some spoilers, in terms of what quests are called, what rewards are given out, and who gives the quest in particular. You can always see where you’re at in the Main Scenario Quest of Final Fantasy 14, by clicking the “Current Main Scenario Quest” button on your screen. Once you’ve started the adventure, there’s so much to see and do.

The beginning of the Main Scenario Quests in Final Fantasy 14 gives you access to, and an introduction to, the city of Tuliyollal. The focus is on getting used to the new capital city you’ll use as a hub, and it will culminate in you making a choice. The choice doesn’t matter - you’ll do both in the end. The format for the below lists is Quest Name (Level): Quest Giver: Any reward.

You will have to work alongside either the Hanu, or the Pelu. Whichever one you don’t choose, you’ll do the second immediately after. It doesn’t really matter which of these you pick. The Pelu quests are focused on commerce, and the Hanu are centered around rites and rituals.

One thing you should be doing as you go through the Final Fantasy 14 Main Scenario Quests, is each time you come to a new zone, to gather up as many Aether Current Points as you can. You’ll be able to unlock five at a time, with the other five points coming later in the MSQ. You’ll also have quests to complete to unlock the rest.

This section of the Main Story Quest is focused on helping the Moblins and taking part in their Feat (The Feat of Pots, and then moving on to the Feat of Proof (and a dungeon). It’s challenging, but nothing an experienced party can’t handle. You'll also have the first trial in this section of the game.

The Main Scenario Quests for levels 94 and 95 of Final Fantasy 14 are focused on the final portions of the trial to see who is worthy of leading. It’s also the hardest part since it’s focused on the Mamook.

They’re suspicious of outsiders, but through this story, players will also learn a dark secret. It’s also where the tournament is decided, and a successor is picked. Afterwards, the player will get back to exploring, since all is right with the world at this time.

Final Fantasy 14 Dawntrail’s Main Scenario quests get a bit darker at this point. We’ll avoid major spoilers, but tragic moments begin to unfurl, and players will no doubt hear some familiar music, as well as a mysterious region. This is where the futuristic city of Solution Nine appears for the first time as well.

Things take a dark turn at this portion of the Main Scenario Quests for Final Fantasy 14, that’s for sure. There are several challenges here: A new trial, a dungeon, and a tragic cutscene. However, you also unlock Artifact Gear during this block of quests, and that’s going to be important for later.
