Rare Mystwood in Throne and Liberty is a crafting material required to make gear. There are three kinds of Mystwood that you can find in the game: Base, Quality, and Rare. Rare Mystwood has the best quality among the trio and can only be found in higher-level areas. It can drop from mobs and can also be gathered.

Ways to farm Rare Mystwood in Throne and Liberty

Gathering

You can gather Rare Mystwood in Throne and Liberty from Star Trees found scattered throughout the map.

However, keep in mind that the Rare variety of Mystwood can only be found in high-level areas like Stonegard and Laslan. Basically, areas designated level 41 and above are where you can gather this crafting material.

Higher-level mobs, generally from around level 25 and higher, drop Rare Mystwood as loot. The enemies that drop this crafting material are concentrated mostly in the Stonegard region. Here are all of them:

• Fanged Desert Flower (Level 25)
• Flame Swashbuckler (Level 27)
• Mandrake (Level 30)
• Spineback Lizard (Level 33)
• Temitran (Level 42)
• Violent Temitran (Level 42)
• Orc Fighter (Level 46)

Additionally, when you complete the Lithograph Book entries of Heartstriker, Target Practice, Sublime Prophecy, and Savior's Light, you get Rare Mystwood as a reward.

Crafting

You also have the option to craft Rare Mystwood in Throne and Liberty. To do so, you have to go to a Weapon Crafter. You can find the NPC at all big cities in Solisium.

When you interact with him, you will get the option to turn Quality Mystwood into Rare. You would need five Quality Mystwood to craft a Rare one.
