How to farm Tungsten Ore in Once Human

Tungsten Ore in Once Human is the highest tier ore you can find in the game. Just like any other survival game, you will gradually unlock newer and better gears in Once Human. However, to craft them, you will need better resources, tools, and other related things. Tungsten ore is one such material that is largely used in crafting gears found in the mid to end-game. So learning how to obtain and stack this ore is quite vital.

While Tungsten, like any other ore, can be found in the wild and mined from deposits, there are some prerequisites and steps you need to follow to effectively build a good stack of this ore. This article shows all the necessary information needed to start farming Tungsten Ore in Once Human.

Guide to farm Tungsten Ore in Once Human

Tungsten Ore in Once Human can be found in the Red Sands region, especially near the Blackfell area. You will need an Aluminum Axe to mine the ore from the deposits. The Tungsten deposits are very similar to Silver in appearance but have a grey overtone to their texture that makes them somewhat distinct.

However, you will soon find that mining Tungsten ore in Once Human is very tedious, as it takes a lot of time to break and collect using just a Pickaxe. That is why the first step for farming Tungsten is to make a drill. Go to the Infrastructure tree on your Memetic menu and scroll down to the fourth phase section.

Here you can find the node for the electric drill. Unlock it, and then you can craft it using an Intermediate or an Advanced Supplies Workbench. The electric drill significantly reduces the mining time of Tungsten Ore in Once Human, but it needs batteries to function. If you are lucky and have the Solar Drill specialization, you can craft a Solar Drill that recharges itself in daylight.

Once you have secured the drill, it's time to set your farming route. Start from the area near the Blackfell Fallen Zone. Once you are done collecting all the ore from this location, hop on your motorcycle and head towards Blackfell Oil Field. You can find a river just east of it; follow its shoreline, and you will find many Tungsten ore deposits.

If you have collected all the ore in the area but are still short, go to the teleporter on the southwestern side of Blackfell Oil Fields and jump into another world (change server). Once done, go back to the previous locations and farm Tungsten Ore. Repeat this method every four hours, and soon you will be swimming in Tungsten Ore in Once Human.
