The Queen Blood Spider is one of the significant challenges players have to face in the Friend of Morokai the Turncoat quest in Throne and Liberty. It is the Queen of the aggressive Blood Spiders residing in the Carmine Forest. While defeating this monster is no mean feat, it is manageable.
To make that possible, we go through everything related to the Queen Blood Spider in this article.
Where to find Queen Blood Spider
The Queen Blood Spider can be found in two different locations in the Carmine Forest. The first spot lies east of the main path, which is just south of the forest’s waypoint, slightly east of the main path.

To help identify among other parts of the map, look for a mysterious note about Morokai, found on a stone ledge near a campfire. This landmark begins the quest, though the Queen Blood Spider’s exact spawn point is in the clearing in front of the spider egg cave.
The second location lies west of the main paths within the forest. This area is relatively unremarkable, except for a nearby Riftstone and the quest circle that marks the potential spawn point. Despite its lack of significant landmarks, this clearing offers plenty of space for maneuvering and kiting the boss.
Both locations will be highlighted on your map as small blue circles if you have the Friend of Morokai the Turncoat quest active.
How to defeat Queen Blood Spider
The Queen Blood Spider can lunge toward players with a melee attack that can inflict significant damage if you’re caught off-guard. The beast also has a special range web attack where it spits web balls that deal damage from a distance. This attack is slower but can catch you. To defeat the Queen Blood Spider, proceed with the following steps:
- Always keep moving to minimize the overall damage taken, dodge her melee dives, and avoid getting hit by her web balls.
- She has a hefty health bar but as long as you consistently dish out damage while avoiding her attacks, she will eventually go down.
- It is recommended to carry extra World Tree leaves to have a quick health boost in case things get dicey.
- If you find the fight too challenging, you can invite other players to help. You’ll still receive kill credit for the quest if you defeat her alongside others, making it easier to beat her as a group.
