Killing Insect enemies in Fallout 76 is a challenge objective that sometimes becomes available in the daily or weekly challenges in the game. Completing challenges is one of the main aspects of the Fallout 76 gameplay loop. Challenges require you to kill certain types of enemies, complete specific tasks, and more. Some types of enemies can be quite a hassle to kill if you don't know where to look for them. The Insect enemies, for example, can be seen all over the map of Fallout 76, but finding them in large concentrations to quickly complete the challenge at a single location can be difficult.

In this article, we have shared the locations where you can find and farm Insect enemies in Fallout 76.

The best places to find Insect enemies in Fallout 76 are Aaronholt Homestead and Fort Defiance. Both of these locations have plenty of Bloodbugs and Bloatflies.

However, if you are not high-leveled or not equipped enough, you should go for the Homestead, as the Insect enemies there are easily handled. Fort Defiance is also a good place for hunting bugs, but this location has giant ants which can be quite hard to deal with.

You can find the Aaronholt Homestead in the northwestern area of the Forest; it is just northeast of Tyler County Fairground. This location is quite easy, so you can come here pretty early in the game.

The Aaronholt Homestead has around eight bugs flying around. You can kill them easily using a gun or melee attacks. Once done, exit to the main menu and then log back into the game. This will reset the mobs. Kill them again and repeat this as many times as you want, to complete the challenge.

The Fort Defiance location is much harder than the Aaronholt Homestead. Other than the insects, there are a lot of Ghouls, Radroaches, and more. If you are at a high enough level, you can come to this location to farm experience. You can also use the aforementioned mob-resetting method in this location to spawn insects and other enemies to farm and complete challenges.
