To get the Body Enhancement Module, you need to grind the Devourer Intercept Battle in hard mode. Intercept Battles are massive boss raids in the game that give various rewards to all participating players, including modules, weapons, and more. This particular Intercept Battle has a chance of rewarding the Body Enhancement module upon completion.
The Devourer Intercept Battle is not overly complex, but it can quickly become frustrating due to the boss's massive HP bar. The constant barrage of toxic bombs and HP regeneration adds more layers of annoyance. To defeat this boss, make your descendants toxic-resistant and split into two groups.

Whenever the boss starts its symbiont phase, the groups need to focus fire on the green capsules to prevent the boss from regaining health. Have a tank character like Ajax to distract the boss and absorb its attacks, while others focus on DPS to melt the boss's HP.
Once you end the boss battle, you have a chance to get the Body Enhancement module. This module has a level 17 capacity at level 0, and its socket is Almandine. This module's effect increases DEF and Shield proportionally to Max HP and makes void energy unavailable through Event Horizon.
