Apples in Once Human are one of the rarest fruits you can get, especially in 'The Way of Winter' scenario. You can find various fruit plants dotted throughout the map. Fruits like Blueberries and Hawthorns are the most common. In the Way of WInter scenario, a couple of new fruits were added, such as the Spikemato, which helps you increase your cold resistance. However, apples are the hardest to get.

Once Human: How to get apples?
Apples are some of the rarest items to get in the Way of WInter scenario, as there are no apple trees in northern Nalcott. During Season 1, you could come across apple trees in various locations, particularly around the Evergreen Vineyard in the Chalk Peaks region.

Although there is a particular method of getting apples in the Way of Winter scenario, it is not guaranteed to get you much. In order to harvest apples in Way of Winter, you first have to craft or buy Silver Pickaxes. In order to craft this, you need to have a specific Memetic Specialization that allows you to craft pickaxes with Silver and Gold.

Once you have your Silver Pickaxe, you need to cut down dead and Bean trees. The best location for getting such trees is the area between the Central Tundra and Northern Blackstone Teleportation Towers in Onyx Tundra. Using a Silver Pickaxe might grant you random fruit drops while cutting down trees.
There is no guarantee that you will get apples every time. On the contrary, getting an apple as a random drop is extremely rare, and your pickaxe might run out of durability before you get one. As a result, you might have to craft or buy Silver Pickaxes from other players regularly if you want to continue harvesting apples.
Alternatively, if you have apples stored in your Spacetime Backpack, you can transfer them to your server. You can also try to buy apples from other players.
