Getting the Once Human Canine Skull deviant

The Canine Skull deviant in Once Human can be obtained by killing a farmable boss monster, Rabizex. To reach this boss, first head to the Chalk Peak zone by teleporting to the Monolith of Thirst. From here, glide directly North of the building and go inside the concrete entrance in front of you. Navigate your way to the Realm Beacon inside to enter a Rabizex instance.

During this fight, you must navigate a short way through a house and spawn the boss by shooting a large hanging orb. After killing him, the Canine Skull deviant may spawn in a floating bubble that you can interact with. Make sure you grab this before leaving if it appears.

Back at your territory, place the deviant inside of an Independent Secure Unit. Doing so will gain you access to the Wolflame material as an Artifact Exchange and the Predator consumable as an Exclusive Formula.

If you interact with an Advanced Synthesis Bench in your base, you can craft this formula and obtain the item. Here are the materials required to create a single dose of Predator:

When you inject yourself with this consumable, you'll receive its buff for 120 minutes. This will enable stealth mode when out of combat for a certain amount of time. You can make your first shot from stealth mode to be a critical hit.
