Once Human: How to get Engineering Plastic

Engineering Plastic, like almost all other crafting materials, can be found while exploring the wilderness and scavenging scraps. You have to disassemble things like machinery, electronic devices, and various other types of scraps and materials at the Disassembly Bench to get this crating material.

The best location to gather this Plastic is the Chalk Peak region in Once Human. Chalk Peak is a level 32 region, so it will be best if you are at least level 30 before going there. You should loot settlements across the region to farm a good amount of the Plastic. Some of the places with a rich yield of this material are:

• Greenlake Hill
• Holt Town
• Furnace Lair
• Tall Grass Inn

The settlements in these areas will give you access to a lot of storage crates and materials. You can then bring those to the Dissasembly Bench and break them down for this advanced plastic.

Scraps like microscopes, military gear, military helmets, searchlights, and more can drop this Plastic when dismantled at the Disassembly Bench. Also, you can get this Plastic from trash bins in the region and by completing objectives at the Furnace Lair and Rotten Saddle.

As mentioned before, Engineering Plastic is needed to craft higher-tier tools, weapons, and armor. Tier V tools like the Tungsten Alloy Pickaxe need this Plastic as one of its main components.

Apart from tools and weapons, this Plastic is also needed to craft the final version of the Supplies Workbench: the Advanced Supplies Workbench. This workbench is necessary, as you need it to craft higher-tier gear and consumables.
