Finding Nature's Jade from Small Catch Sacks is rare; however, the Big Catch Sacks guarantee you one. If you are lucky, you can find one from either of these two sacks, but you will need to continue trying while fishing.

How to Utilize Nature’s Jade In Throne & Liberty
