There are two ways to get the Rare Enchanted Ink in Throne and Liberty. Players can also buy Rare Enchanted Ink by spending the premium in-game currency - Lucent. Lucent is one of three major currencies in Throne and Liberty that can be acquired by completing various objectives.

Each Rare Enchanted Ink is priced at 10 Contract Coins which can be earned by completing contracts. These vendors can be found in various locations around the map, including Stoneguard Castle, Castleton, and Vienta Village.

This method might sound easy but players need to be at least Level 10 which unlocks the At the Starlight Observatory mission. Once this mission is completed, gamers will unlock the ability to interact with merchants across the map.
