Sepazontec is a new Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred Unique quarterstaff for the Spiritborn class. As the newest class in the game, it has received a small mountain of powerful Unique items. If we were to pick one of our favorites, it would be this Unique Quarterstaff. It is remarkably powerful if you’re relying on any of the Basic Skills the Spiritborn has access to.
Frankly, it’s one of the best Uniques to equip the new Spiritborn class with, particularly if you’re running builds like Rocksplitter or Thrash Thorns. We’ve also found a use for it with our Centipede build since it uses Withering Fist to build up poison damage. If you want this weapon, here’s what you need to know.
How to target farm Sepazontec in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred
If you want Sepazontec in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred, you can target farm Duriel, King of Maggots, and Echo of Andariel. Both bosses both have the Sepazontec Quarterstaff in their loot pools. However, you must first reach Torment 1 difficulty in D4. This means you need to be at least level 60 before you can start actively hunting this item. It can be found at the following locations:
- Duriel, King of Maggots: Gaping Crevasse, Kehjistan (Mucus-Slick Egg, Shard of Agony)
- Echo of Andariel: Hanged Man’s Hall, Kehjistan (Sandscorched Shackles, Pincushioned Doll)
That said, the two bosses aren’t the only sources to get Sepazontec in Diablo 4. You could opt for a much longer grind. It can also be found as a reward in various Helltide chests, completing Gathering Legions events, World Bosses, and many other locations. Moreover, Nightmare Dungeons are a solid place to farm powerful gear, so you can also try your hand there.
You don’t have to be on Torment 1 to unlock Uniques, as they drop earlier. However, if you want to target farm bosses just for a high-level version of Sepazontec, hit Torment 1 and challenge Duriel or Andariel.
What are Sepazontec’s Unique effects in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred?
Sepazontec is an amazing Quarterstaff if you’re relying on Basic Skills. It grants you a chance to make Basic Skills deal Double Damage, has a high block chance, and grants ranks of the Follow Through talent, Dexterity, and Lucky Hit Chance. However, the real powerful ability is its unique power.
When equipped with this quarterstaff, your Basic Skills deal 25-50% increased damage and always use their 3rd attack property. In addition, every 3rd case of a Basic Skill hits three times. That makes it a very powerful weapon for certain builds like Rocksplitter Thorns.
