While the SOCR Last Valor can be one of the most valuable weapons in your arsenal, getting it can be quite tricky. There is no mission or memetic node that unlocks its blueprint; the only method to obtain the weapon is to use the Wish Machine. Due to the gacha mechanic, you may have to make multiple draws to get the SOCR Last Valor in Once Human.

The Wish Machine is a lucky draw/gacha machine that has multiple reward pools and gives random prizes from the selected pool whenever you make a pull. In the current season, the SOCR Last Valor can be pulled from the Herald of Courage banner reward pool. Each pull requires a fee of 500 Starchrom.

Alternatively, if you don't want to leave it all to luck, you can also purchase the Blueprint for the SOCR Last Valor in Once Human directly from the Wish store for 8000 Starchrom.
