Once you've gathered nine Exquisite Blood items from your favorite methods, you'll be ready to summon Lord Zir. He is located in The Ancient's Seat dungeon, which you can find in the Fractured Peaks. To save some time, you may want to hop on your Diablo 4 mount to get there quickly. Once you've arrived here at the Darkened Way zone, you must enter the dungeon.

Proceed to the altar and interact with it. This should remove nine Exquisite Blood from your inventory and Lord Zir will appear soon. Assuming you've done everything properly up to this point, he should be targetable and all that will be left is for you to defeat him.
