You can mark enemies in Once Human to track and kill them easily. Heavily inspired by games like Fallout, this survival MMO puts a lot of emphasis on gunplay. However, if you are not an FPS/TPS veteran, don't worry, as Once Human has mechanics like marking enemies that can help you with your aim. Once marked, players can track an enemy's movement even through walls and other solid objects. However, keep in mind that you can't mark enemies in Once Human as a primary ability. You will need particular items to pull it off.
In this article, we have shared all you need to know to mark enemies in Once Human.
Methods of marking enemies in Once Human
One of the primary ways to mark enemies in Once Human is through specific weapons equipped with the marking ability. These weapons have the 'Bull's Eye' effect. You can check a gun's Blueprint to know if it has this effect or not.

Some of the most effective weapons with this ability include:
- AWS .338- Bullseye
- DE.50 Wildfire
- Old Huntsman
- Recurve Crossbow B.P.
You can acquire these weapons from the Wish Machine Blueprint Shop. You can buy them using Starchrom or find their fragments in random drops from late-game Weapon and Mystical crates. The best method for collecting Starchrom in Once Human is to purify Eclipse Cortex Stones in your territory. However, be careful; purifying these crystals spawns waves of enemies at your base.
When you hit an enemy's weak spot with one of these weapons, the enemy will glow blue, exposing their position—even through walls. Sometimes, marking a target may also grant a temporary damage boost. If you are using a sniper build, guns with Bull's Eye will be very effective for you.

Other than weapons, some Deviations can also mark enemies in Once Human. Deviants like the Mini Feaster and Mr. Wish can mark all nearby enemies when activated. It should be noted that Mr. Wish is the more lethal option of the two because it can also shoot marked enemies on its own.
