You must reach Level 58 to unlock the crafting schematic of these boots. You will need three Technology points to unlock it in its respective tab. Points can be acquired by exploring and completing challenges in the game. You will also need to defeat the enemies and complete the challenges within Feybreak Tower, which is located on Palworld’s southwesternmost island.
