These sloth-like giants do not produce excrement like other creatures; instead, they generate glittering crystals that fall off their backs after consuming various resources.

Gachas are valuable thanks to their unique ability to transmute consumed materials into valuable items. These can include basic resources, crafting materials, and even fully crafted items like wooden platforms or assault rifles.

How to tame a Gacha in ARK Survival Ascended Extinction

To tame a Gacha, it must be in a "happy" state. If the Gacha is sad, it will ignore your offerings. It becomes sad if it has interacted with other Gachas recently, so make sure no other Gachas are nearby when you attempt to tame one. You can find Gachas in the Sunken City region near the river areas.

You must feed Gacha to tame it. Gachas will eat anything you drop in front of them, but for the fastest and most efficient taming, you must offer them items that they prefer. Also, the rarity of the items you offer it to eat determines its level higher level when tamed. Higher level Gachas drop better quality crystal drops.

The preferred food for Gachas includes Snow Owl Pellets (Extinction) and crafted items like walls and foundations (metal is more effective than stone).
