Neoptolemus II is a Precision Framed Bow that hasn't received many positive reviews from the Destiny 2 community. The weapon didn't seem to land with several players, as its perk column does not have popular options that cater to the majority. However, there is still much to salvage from what is presented, as Neoptolemus has great synergy with many builds in the game.

This article lists the best perks on Neoptolemus II for PvE and PvP.

Here are the best perks for Neoptolemus II in PvE:

  • Agile Bowstring for increased Stability and Handling
  • Carbon Arrow Shaft for increased Stability
  • Strategist for increased class ability energy with kills
  • Wellspring for increased energy across all three abilities with kills

Having both the perks in the final two columns of the weapon will help the user gain additional energy for all three abilities. Note that Strategist and Wellspring stack on top of one another, allowing a bonus energy gain for the class ability. This is particularly useful for Warlock's rifts, paired with Arc souls, Helions, or Void souls.

Precision Framed Bows also have increased base damage, which can be useful against minor mobs for one-shotting them, or damaging elites and bosses.

Tunnel Vision is the only good alternative in the fourth column. With kills, the user can gain increased Accuracy and ADS speed. Perfect Float can be a decent pick depending on the situation, especially if a user wants to take on air fights.
