The starting classes and their perks play a vital role in No More Room in Hell 2, and they might even end up being the difference between survival and death. With this title having the permadeath feature, you will be given the choice of selecting a starting class every time you die. No, it is not possible to change your class once you start your run. The only way to change your class is to choose one at the start of your run from the three given choices that are random. Moreover, if you die with a character, you will lose all the progress you made and have to start anew.
