The seasonal Submachine Gun from Destiny 2 Revenant comes in the form of a Precision Framed weapon called Noxious Vetiver. It shoots out Arc damage in 600 rounds per minute, giving players a decent amount of base Range and Stability, compared to other Submachine Guns in the game. Noxious Vetiver takes a new approach to the Arc-Jolt synergy, as Bungie seems to have replaced the fan-favorite Voltshot.
This article lists the best perks to have on the Noxious Vetiver Submachine Gun for PvP and PvE. Note that Noxious Vetiver is scheduled to be released in one of the future acts of Revenant, and isn't available in the current loot pool.
