The seasonal Submachine Gun from Destiny 2 Revenant comes in the form of a Precision Framed weapon called Noxious Vetiver. It shoots out Arc damage in 600 rounds per minute, giving players a decent amount of base Range and Stability, compared to other Submachine Guns in the game. Noxious Vetiver takes a new approach to the Arc-Jolt synergy, as Bungie seems to have replaced the fan-favorite Voltshot.

This article lists the best perks to have on the Noxious Vetiver Submachine Gun for PvP and PvE. Note that Noxious Vetiver is scheduled to be released in one of the future acts of Revenant, and isn't available in the current loot pool.

Noxious Vetiver should have the following perks in Destiny 2 PvE:

  • Fluted Barrel for increased Handling of the weapon
  • Flared Magwell for increased Stability and Reload Speed
  • Attrition Orbs for producing orbs of light with sustained damage on targets
  • Jolting Feedback for applying the Jolt debuff on targets with sustained damage. Being Amplified helps the user to apply the debuff faster

There are numerous other options for several PvE builds, such as Pugilist and Unrelenting in the third column, as well as Frenzy, Vorpal Weapon, and Desperate Measures in the fourth column.

Noxious Vetiver should have the following perks in Destiny 2 PvP:

  • Polygonal Rifling for increased Range
  • Accurized Rounds for increased Range on the weapon
  • To the Pain for increased Accuracy and Handling after taking damage while having the weapon equipped. The effects of these perks can be increased with more damage taken.
  • Rampage for increased damage on the weapon, up to 33% with 3x stacks. This increased damage can be earned with kills.

Vorpal Weapon is a great perk to have against Guardian supers, and Unrelenting is great for a heal burst upon defeating players.
